All of our training is geared to people of all ages and scaled to meet the needs of each individual. You will learn the proper technique of different functional exercises. Clients will learn how to document workouts to measure progress. A program will be developed to learn how to set health goals and most importantly, learn the proper movement standards of functional training when working out on your own.
