Barah Ministries

Like many Christian Churches, Barah Ministries began as a bible study in a home, with the assembling of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who were positive to the study of the Word of God. The year was 1999. In the years since then, God has moved people from all over the country to Gilbert, Arizona, to worship Him through this ministry.

In 2008, Barah Ministries became a Christian Church with an ordained Pastor and an Internet presence, and we began to proclaim our faith by preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

Romans 1:8
I thank my God through the Lord Jesus Christ for you all believers in Christ, because your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world.

Our Internet presence has allowed us to welcome worshipers from over one hundred international countries and from all fifty Unites States.

Barah is a Hebrew word. It means to produce something out of nothing...it means to speak something into being without the assistance of existing material...it is the materialization of a thought of God...it is the Word of God going forth as a command of His desire. We use Barah as a reference to God’s creation of the soul...

Genesis 1:27
And God created [barah] (the soul of) man(kind) in His own image, in the image of God He created [barah] him; male and female He created them.

By studying the Word of God daily, we are allowing the Lord Jesus Christ to make something of the nothingness our human lives would be without Him.

John 15:5
“I (the Lord Jesus Christ) am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing.”

Barah Ministries seeks to accurately portray the unconditional love, the Person, the essence, the thinking, and the work, of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

First John 4:7-8
Beloved, let us love one another (unconditionally), for (unconditional) love is from God; and everyone who loves (unconditionally) is born of God and knows God.//The one who does not love (unconditionally) does not know God, for God is (unconditional) love.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the center of this ministry. We ask all who worship here…

Barah Ministries serves the Lord Jesus Christ by evangelizing to unbelievers, providing them with the accurate Gospel Message, the Good News about the Lord Jesus Christ’s salvation work on their behalf at the Cross.

John 14:6
The Lord Jesus Christ said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through believing in Me.”

John 3:36
“He who believes in the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) has eternal life; but he who does not obey (the command to believe in) the Son will not see (eternal) life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

Barah Ministries serves the Lord Jesus Christ by teaching the Word of God to believers in Christ.

John 8:32
“…and you will know the truth (of the Word of God), and the truth will make you free.”

Barah Ministries serves the Lord Jesus Christ by conducting missionary activity, raising up Pastors and assisting in the start of independent, self-sustaining churches throughout the world as our God provides the opportunity.

Matthew 28:19-20
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,//teaching them to observe all that I (the Lord Jesus Christ) commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Barah Ministries makes the Word of God fun to learn and easy to remember, so you can join the Lord Jesus Christ’s team and so you can learn all about Him.

What we know about the Lord Jesus Christ is that He loves all of His creatures unconditionally. He will never love us more than He does right now…He will never love us less than He does right now…and there is no way for us to disappoint Him. It is our aim to look at life and to see it through the Lord’s eyes and through the Lord’s thinking.

Isaiah 55:8
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.

We know that the bible is His exact thinking. It has no errors, no contradictions, and no confusion. When we learn the Word of God we are learning to think exactly as the Lord Jesus Christ does.

First Corinthians 2:16
For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.

Barah Ministries is supported by the gracious financial gifts of believers in Christ who are motivated to give because of their spiritual advance as they study the Word of God. Even though we are sanctioned by God to charge for the many things we provide for God’s worship, we choose not to exercise our right. Therefore no price appears on any material from Barah Ministries, so that anyone who desires biblical teaching may have it free of charge. Even though the materials we provide are free of charge, they are not free of cost. We appreciate it when the Word of God motivates you to provide for others with your contributions.
