Fences for Freedom is an animal welfare project that we have started to Get Dogs OFF Chains. Cans are placed in area businesses to donate so that we can purchase the supplies needed. We would love to have some strong volunteers to help with this project! We appreciate the cooperation of The City of Parsons for this dream to become a reality.
