Barefoot Fitness Club

Barefoot Fitness is a private Fitness Club. I offer small group fitness sessions and personal training. I am only open part time because my full time job and passion is being a mom :) Most of the group sessions that I offer are open to both men but there is a strong emphasis on women's fitness. I hold multiple group fitness certifications as well as being certified as a personal trainer. My first official certification was received almost 20 years ago and I have continued to learn and work in the fitness industry since. My goal is to provide Scott County and the surrounding areas with a clean, private, non-intimidating club.
