We believe in an "open atmosphere" grooming situation. Have you ever wondered what your groomer is doing behind closed doors? Our entire shop is visible from the lobby. We treat all pets with total respect and love, and we have nothing to hide.
Suzanne and Ray have the same dedication to excellence which has proven to be the key to our on going success. We are very active in continuing our education and regularly attend seminars and trade shows to bring the best to our clients.
We only groom a certain number of pets each day and to insure that each pet gets our total attention we ask that you please schedule in advance . ** We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please take this into consideration when scheduling an appointment. We would be happy to schedule your pet with a standing appointment so you don't have to worry about us "fitting" you in. We will not cut corners or take away from another pets time !
*We are dog and cat people and while we love our two legged customers, we are in it for your pets. We will never compromise a pet's well being for a haircut.
