The Barking at the Moon Festival is brought to you annually by the City of Fultondale and The Friends of the Fultondale Bark Park. It's a family and Fido friendly event held the last Sunday in October at the Fultondale Dog Park and Children's Park. All proceeds go to upgrade and improve the dog park.
