Barre Tech. (formerly the Barre Code) is a fitness studio offering a dynamic fitness class that blends the best of ballet, pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching to systematically lengthen and tone your muscles to create a lean, beautiful dancer's body ready for center stage.

Barre Tech. is the first full-service barre studio in the quaint community of Del Ray and in all of Alexandria, VA. It will be a chic space where people feel empowered to their best and be a part of a growing community.

About the Owner, Amy Barnes-

I've been teaching, perfecting, and creating barre classes for over nine years and trained dozens of barre teachers in the DC metro area. I wanted to start my own studio to share my unique style of teaching, innovative choreography, and passion for the world of barre. My classes are like no other and will INSPIRE you, CHANGE you, and make you LOVE your body.
