Baseball is a mind game. A lot of coaches compare it with a game of chess. Many observers and players think baseball moves too slowly, that it is boring. We have taken those observations and developed several innovative baseball specific programs to install a blue-collar work ethic in our athletes. Our students learn to become more aware of their bodies and learn to understand whether they are physically or mentally tired.
Our programs give youth the ability to exercise their bodies and minds after an 8+ hour school day. Our programs are driven to be a fantastic stress reducer and overall wellness enhancer.
