Basketball Skills and Drills

Hello and Thank you for visiting our page! Please help us spread the word!!! Kj and I have been doing these workouts in Cabot for about a year now. We both come from very busy athletic backgrounds. I grew up playing for Cabot, did all 4 collegiate years at UALR, and then played overseas in Holland, Germany, and Australia. Kj grew up playing for North Little Rock, went to college at Mississippi State before transferring and completing his college career at Louisiana Lafayette, and also played for 6 years for various teams in Mexico. He also played on the U18 USA Olympic Team and got to travel to Europe and Asia with that team. We know our stuff and we want to spread our knowledge to the next generation of basketball players in our area!
We work on every skill that you need to become a better ball player. From shooting to ball handling to rebound to defense, we want to teach you proper technique and build your body's muscles so you can perform to the best of your ability.
