This three-story get-away boasts a woodsy, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind home with comfortable furniture throughout and sleeping accommodations for 12 guests. The main floor includes a large living room, full kitchen, master bedroom with full bathroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Large windows showcase scenic Bass Lake, and a sliding glass door off the living room leads to the spacious deck. Family meals can be had at the dining table outside on the porch or inside in the dining room. In the full kitchen you'll have everything you need for food preparation including a brand-new stove. In fact, the chef in your group will feel right at home here with plates, pots, pans, and more. The top-of-the-line Blendtec blender and a professional popcorn machine are perfect for enjoying the 70-inch television. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space, and the full bathroom includes a tub and shower.

The spacious downstairs area includes a gorgeous rustic bar, large oak gaming table for cards or board games, and a beautiful full-sized pool table. The bar top is a giant Sequoia redwood slab cut in the late 1800's. There is also a den with sleeper sofa and large-screened TV, a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The giant upstairs loft sleeps five with a twin bed, double bed, and set of twin bunk beds. It includes a sliding door which takes you out to a balcony for a beautiful view of the lake; a great room for extra guests or kids to share.

This rental home also includes gate key access to a private marina with a dock and slip for your boat. You can keep your boat in the water during your entire stay.
The marina is just a short walk or drive from the house. It has a boat launch, restroom, picnic tables, and plenty of parking. There is even a place to park your boat trailer at the house.

The water level is full these days. Swim at end of dock where ladder is. You can put chairs and ice chests there. There is a floating dock with a ladder for everyone to play on. Or they can play near boat launch area where they can walk into the water. There is a grassy shady area before you go down to our dock too.
