BAT Baseball Training at Conditioning Warehouse

We offer a private indoor facility to rent for your baseball or softball team for practice and conditioning. We also offer cage rental to individuals wanting to get a workout in. You may also book private batting (Coach Turner Williams) or pitching (Coach Barry Farias) lessons.

Individual Cage Rental (3 batters max)
$30 per hour or $50 for 2 hours

Rainy Day Rate (for teams) $60 for 1 1/2 hrs.

Team Rentals -
Commit to a month and receive a key fob or swipe card for entry during your scheduled time. You will have exclusive use of our 2000 square foot indoor practice facility, 2 retractable batting cages, 2 L screens, 2 batting machines that can be used for baseball or softball, dimpled balls for pitching machines, 4 pitching mounds, restroom, water fountain & Wi-Fi (bring your own practice balls).

One day per week (4 days per month)
1 1/2 hrs. (6 hrs./month) $300
2 hrs. (8 hrs./month) $350

Two days per week (8 days per month)
1 1/2 hrs. (12 hrs./month) $450
2 hrs. (16 hrs./month) $500

Join BAT Baseball Training with Coaches Barry and Turner EVERY SUNDAY
Ages 5-8 yrs 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Ages 9-13 yrs 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
