We are a Non Profit Organization and all banquet proceeds help us maintain our facility and provide services to Veterans and the Community. The Batavia Overseas VFW Post 1197 has a time-honored reputation for delicious food and attention to details. With an outstanding commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we ensure a day of success.
Our goal is to create a memorable event for you and your group. We are located in Batavia, Illinois along the Fox River with about 5 acres of open and shaded areas with picnic tables for outdoor dining. There is plenty of room to play games like baseball and volleyball, all at the same time.

We have two rooms for all occasions. The Hangar can accommodate up to 250 people maximum seating, and the Admiral's Room can accommodate up to 150 people maximum seating. Our food service can accommodate larger groups for picnic type events.
