Grace Bauer founded this agency over 80 years ago based on her passion to nurture troubled youth, giving them a much needed second chance--a passion that would ultimately cost Grace her life.

Though our agency has undergone significant challenges, growth and changes throughout the years, Grace's original passion, mission and resilience remains at the very heart of our work creating brighter tomorrows by strengthening children and families today.
