Construction quality is the foundation of the process. From this base, materials are selected that are appropriate to the aesthetic nature of the piece and to the specification of the customer. Design concepts range from modernizing classics to executing specific product requirements from clients.

Bausman lumber is from sustainable forests, and scrap lumber is ground down and recycled for topsoil mix or ground cover. The finishing facility has an air-pollution control device and the finishing material by-product is recycled into alternative fuel.
