Bay View Yacht Sales is a relatively new brokerage firm in the Upper Chesapeake Bay region. Established in 2013, we are a small team of active boaters with over 30 years combined experience in the yacht brokering industry. Our vision and mission are simple; to provide the best service possible while minimizing the characteristic hassles of buying or selling a boat.

We’ve embraced technology and have figured out how to harness the power of the internet by streamlining our listing process. Today’s boat buyer is very computer savvy. More and more buyers are turning to the internet to look for their next boat, whether on their PC at work, or their personal devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones. Yacht World has become the number one website and is the foundation of our listing activity. However, by maximizing exposure of our listings using a plethora of different web listing sites, we are able to ensure our listings are found by the search engines. From there we go on to cross list your boat on many other sites, while constantly updating the listings to keep them “fresh” in the search engines.

When it comes to buying a boat, it can be a very daunting task. Hours upon hours of searching for that just-right boat, then endless emails and phone calls to various sources, and finally driving around to see the boats you have selected only to find they are nothing like the listing conveyed. A Yacht Broker is really no different from a Realtor in that we can save tons of time in the search process. If we do not have what you want in our listings, we can and will find it for you. Of course, there is never a fee for our services when purchasing a yacht.
