Bayou Express was created to give the customer a taste of Chinese food combined with Japanese food. Our intention of building up bayou express is to create a menu where variety is welcome. We hope to serve our customers with great service that our customer will leave Bayou with a full stomach and big smile on their face. Bayou express was created by the Professional chefs who have 20 yrs of experience starting from California going to Bloomington Illinois to Kansa's city to Kentucky. Bayou's chefs has been working with big majoring restaurants. Bayou express was created by these ambitious chefs on 2012. Bayou express officially opened its doors to the public on July 13 2013 in the city of Peru Illinois. In November 2 2014 Bayou Express opened their second location in the city of Bloomington Illinois. On Behalf of Bayou Express we would like to formerly present you to our chefs. We have our head chefs Rafael Diaz who created our secret ingredient for our special sauces and Rene who gives the final touches to each dish. We also have our master sushi chef Greg who's master the art of creating each sushi dish into a beautiful masterpiece.
