Building Data Solutions (BDS) is a division of TRC Worldwide Engineering. Mark Handy, AIA, is the Director of BDS, and his team works with architects, contractors, engineers, and clients to deliver accurate and expertly created models, plans, and facility data.

Architects and contractors turn to BDS to augment their own support staff, hardware, software, training, modeling, and facilities management. BDS readily provides "Paper-to-BIM" document conversions, BIM model development, clash detection, and model management.

Facility Mangers, at universities, hospitals, and other organizations who need asset management, can rely on BDS to assist them with tracking assets, preparing easy-to-understand facility data, and space mapping for agency reporting, including State and Medicare.
