Be: Strong Sand Springs Boot Camp

Since July 2014 we have been meeting every Mon, Wed, & Fri on our lunch hour! Our focus is on BE:ing Strong mentally, spiritually & physically. Not only do you get a new workout each time you come, I give you guidance on what & how to eat to achieve your goals. I am available for you to call or text as needed. What I've learned in this so far, that I love the most, is the camaraderie! We become a team, a group of friends that really trust and rely on each other, that are there to back each other not only at boot camp but in life and whatever comes our way. You will not have to go it alone here, we have your back!
I want to add that most importantly, I feel God put me in this position. The way it all came together, well, he had to have positioned this (that's a story for another day). He placed me here to lead and help people get healthy, Be:Strong and just feel good about themselves, so I will be praying for you & your goals and asking God to guide you & me, both, in the right directions.

Fees: $80.00 a month (please note: if you cannot afford this, contact me anyway, I will waive this for anyone who is committed to a life change)


Days: Mon, Tu, Thurs, Fri

Times: 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m

Where: We prefer outside, original style boot camp, but we do meet in The Case Center in inclement weather
