Located in Tuscarawas County, Be Yoga Studios, LLC offers Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Barre, and some other classes. Our hot yoga classes are heated to about 90 degrees to help increase flexibility and detoxify your muscles and organs. Our classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance for your body, mind and spirit. We offer several types of yoga for those looking for something gentle to something more active and physical.
It is our goal to give you a great workout and have you leave feeling relaxed and renewed with a sense of clarity - able to look at things with a broader perspective and a brighter outlook.
