Beach House Vacation Rentals offers unique, personalized lodging in Seward, Alaska. Located on magical Lowell Point, just south of the town of Seward, Beach House Rentals offers four individual vacation rental homes, from beach cottages to forest cabins.

With four different vacation rentals to choose from, Beach House Rentals has a home that will suit your needs. We offer comfortable, clean, pleasant accommodations for couples, families and groups. Choose from one of our 2-bedroom houses, which sleep up to 6 or 7 people, or our smaller Treefort apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people. Stay for a minimum of 2 nights or as long as your vacation requires.

Each house offers the comforts of home with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can grill their freshly caught salmon or halibut in the barbecue and picnic area, and then relax next to a nice warm campfire under the Alaskan midnight sun. Wifi is also available.

Stroll the beach and, if you’re lucky, you might spot a sea lion frolicking in the waves or a sea otter floating on its back munching on mussels. At low tide you can search the tide pools for tiny sea creatures or find colorful starfish latching on to the sides of the rocks. On a clear day, you can see majestic Mount Alice watching over you from across the bay while eagles soar above.
