Beach yoga - this is a 75 minute all levels free/donation based vinyasa yoga class led by Kim Helfrich (200 RYT Anuttara Yoga Shala certified).
We'll practice a yoga flow that weaves movement with breath to energize the mind and body. This is a relaxed atmosphere, as we enjoy the sound of the waves and being on the beach.
what to bring:
yoga mat
big towel/blanket (or 2)
water
Optional: sunscreen, sunglasses 8)
