Beacon Hill comprises 200+ acres of undeveloped land in Spokane's northeast corridor, just fifteen minutes's drive north of downtown and ten minutes west of Felts Field. The land boasts stunning sunset views, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, and easy access to Esmeralda Golf Course. Owners of Beacon Hill Properties, Pete Rayner and Dave Baker purchased the undeveloped residential property on Beacon Hill in 1988, and, over 20 years later, are moving forward with their dream vision of a residential community where people truly live where they live.
