We Are Open 7 Days Per Week .. Here is the basic run down of meats and on what days: Mondays - Tator-Tott Casserole, Chicken n Dressing, Ribs and Cooks Choice, Tuesday - Smothered Pork Chops, Baked BBQ Chicken, and Meatloaf, Wed - BBQ Pork Chops, Chicken and Dumplings, Chicken Fingers, and Cooks Choice, Thursday - BBQ Pullled Pork, Beef Tips and Rice, Chicken Fingers and Cooks Choice, Friday & Saturday - Southern Fried Catfish, Popcorn Shrimp, Cole Slaw and Hush-Puppies, BBQ Ribs, and Chicken Fingers, Sunday - Chicken-n-Dressing, Meatloaf, Sliced Ham, Chicken Fingers and Sweet-Potato Casserole. We have a fully-stocked salad bar, hot vegetable bar and chilled dessert bar. In the winter we will have more soups. In the summer we will have different vegetables out of our gardens. Last week we had fried green tomatoes, and over the summer we have fried squash among other fresh veggies.
