The Bear Country Lodge has two private smoke-free houses on the shores of Lake Eyak. Both houses have fully equipped kitchens, wrap-around decks with grills overlooking Lake Eyak, private phones and answering machine, TV, VCR/DVD players, and free wifi internet. Our Lodge feels like home, is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and decorated with many Alaskan treasures from local adventures.

We welcome children ...of all ages. But please leave your pets at home.

Bear Country Lodge is nestled amongst spruce trees and is on the shore of Lake Eyak. Spectacular views of the Queen's Chair mountain, the deep cool waters, and the pristine forests will take your breath away.
