Bear Creek Lake Park is a 2600 acre Regional Park managed by the City of Lakewood. The park contains a swim beach; marina with boat rentals; a 47 site campground; horseback riding stables; 15 miles of multiple use trails; water ski school; picnic shelters; an archery range and three lakes. The park is also a great place for fishing, boating (restrictions apply), hiking, cycling, horseback riding and nature observation. The park Visitor Center is a great place to learn about the park, and a variety of ranger programs are offered throughout the year.
A daily fee is required for all vehicles entering the park:

The Lakewood Regional Parks division manages Bear Creek Lake Park, and is also responsible for the following parks: William Frederick Hayden Park; the Bear Creek Greenbelt; Main, Smith and East reservoirs; and Thunder Valley.
