Beau Corps Pilates and Gyrotonic Studio

Beau Corps Studio is a boutique gym/studio specializing in Pilates and Gyrotonic methodologies and equipment. All Pilates trainers have been certified through BASI (Body Arts and Sciences, Inc.), and hold a minimum of Bachelors degree, and have years of teaching experience. The studio owner specializes in elite-athlete training for dancers and swimmers, with particular emphasis on teens and young adults. Small group classes (5 clients maximum) are offered throughout the day allow students to experience "personal training at a group rate"!
