My name is Courtney and I LOVE Pole Fitness. I have been part of the "Pole World" since 2010. I was a bored housewife while my husband was deployed. And since I moved to a different City away from family and friends I had nothing to do. So I decided to try out Pole. I was immediately hooked. I have competed in a couple minor competitons and am currently training to compete in the Southern Pole Championships....After becoming Pregnant in 2013 I put Pole on hold til I was cleared to work out again. Since moving back to Rutherford County and having no Pole Studio to go to or a "Pole Family" close by I decided to continue poling in my home. After a few people suggested I teach lessons I decided to use my home to host them one on one.
