This charming home is perfectly situated on Silver Lake with fantastic panoramic harbor views and a private shared boat dock. Easy access to the Pamlico Sound makes it delightful for anyone looking to explore the waters around Ocracoke. A large, shared dock stretches out from our home that will surely draw you out each evening to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the harbor. Perfect for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Begin your day on the deck or screened porch for a front row view of Ocracoke's spectacular sunrises. After a day at the beach or on the water, you will be enticed to relax as the sun sets over Pamlico Sound. This popular home is now even more inviting with new furnishings, bedding and electronics for the 2015 season. Enjoy a pleasant walk or bike ride to the Ocracoke Lighthouse, Springer's Point Nature Preserve or the many unique galleries, shops and restaurants.

Single level cottage with 2 queen bedrooms and one twin(pair) bedroom. Separate living room and dining room. Great book library with games, 4 cable TV/smart TVs, wireless internet, park style grill, picnic table, outside shower, docking for one boat. Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Well equipped kitchen with small appliances for those that like to cook. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer, full washer and dryer in laundry room. Screened porch with rocking chairs as well as front and back decks. New walkway coming in winter 2015.

Maximum of 6 people. 3 cars and one boat at the shared dock.
