Founded by sculptor Jay Swift in 1984, Bedrock Design and Fabrication is a stone fabricating shop dedicated to creating beautiful stonework for residential interiors. We enjoy challenging jobs that require an artist’s eye and a craftsman’s expertise. If you have a Greek Revival country home and want your stonework to be in keeping with the period, we can provide distressed marble or match a historic profile for your fireplace or kitchen counter. Do you need a carved limestone sink for your pool house? Jay will design and carve it for you. If you want a one-of-a kind mosaic floor in your entrance hall, Jay will give you a hand-made work of art. Perhaps you simply need a honed granite top for a table. The smallest and the largest jobs are both given the same attention to detail and the finest execution. We provide consultation through installation.
