We believe that strength is foundational to all movements whether in sport, CrossFit or in life, so spending more time getting stronger is where our focus is at. To do anything multiple times, you must first be able to do it once. By getting stronger we enhance our ability to live healthier, longer and perform better.

Our vision is simple. Through our program we slow things down to speed them up. The slow is the actual time spent coaching, teaching and developing movement, the speed is the rate at which you simply get better.
