Bella Fit is an outdoor fitness camp for Women. We combine all aspects of strength and flexibility training, agility drills, plyometrics, running and other cardio activities for a total body workout while in a fun and supportive environment. Bella Fit workouts are designed to help you gain strength, build muscle, shed fat and burn calories through out the day. No two workouts are ever the same. All fitness levels are welcome from beginners to advanced!
