The racial makeup of the CDP was 13.15% White (1.4% were Non-Hispanic White,) 69.59% African American, 0.35% Native American, 0.18% Pacific Islander, 10.60% from other races, and 6.13% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 23.66% of the population.There were 284 households out of which 54.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 35.9% were married couples living together, 29.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.0% were non-families. 14.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 4.02 and the average family size was 4.35.
