Belmont Knives

Belmont Knives is the culmination of a 20 year personal dream to sell, sharpen and assemble knives. My dad told me if I did what I wanted to do for work and really enjoyed it, it would never be work. He sure was right.

We sell knives from a large array of manufacturers and artists. Some of our suppliers are Bear and Bull, Buffalo Creek, Cherokee Stone Works, Ocoee River, Case, Hen and Rooster and Steel Warrior to name a few. Gil Hibben, Michael Prater and Stacy Coombs are a few of our favorite artisans.

We offer knives that run the gamut of style and use from every day work knives, that knife you keep in your truck glove box, hunting and fishing bowies and folders, skinners, capers, and tactical knives. Dress knives, Sunday go-to-meeting knives and artwork. We try to maintain a quantity of one of a kind knives or patterns that have gone out of production. We have a few switchblades on hand.

We travel to select flea markets and so don't be surprised if we show up in your town in east Texas. If you can't wait for our travel dates, and you see something you like or just want to chew the fat about knives give me a ring, I'll always be glad to talk to you. Our shop also serves as a store by appointment only. We are not open on Sundays as we reserve that day for service and dedication to our faith. We pray you can do that for yourself.

If you need your knives sharpened or your cutlery is a bigger danger to you than the turkey, we can take care of that too. We take appointments for re-tuning your blades in the greater Lufkin area and our sharpening, done by hand, includes hand shears.
