Bembe' Cincinnati - Cuban Salsa Dancing

Cincinnati's Largest Salsa Dancing Company. We specialize in teaching Cuban Salsa to brand new dancers all the way to advanced dancers. We focus our teaching on footwork, body movement and patterns that increase our student’s confidence to dance with anyone, anywhere.

Classes are every Sundays: 1:00-5:00pm. Mondays 7:00-9:00pm. Tuesdays 7:00-9:00pm and Wednesdays 7:00-9:00pm

1:00-2:00pm
This hour is dedicated to our Level 1 classes and is Perfect for the student that has never danced before or never danced Cuban Salsa before. We will go over the foundation skills that make you a great dancer and lead into the more advanced classes. These are 4 week courses for $40 that begin on the first Sunday of each month.

2:00-3:00pm
Level 3 Cuban Salsa (Casino) class. We focus on the movements between the leader and follower. This class is about understanding connection, timing and improving your balance. This is for the students that have completed the Level 1 and 2 classes.

3:00-4:00pm
Level 3-5 Rueda de Casino class. We focus on Rueda de Casino and the interaction of everyone in the wheel. We will cover interaction concepts and moves that will get you deeper into this Cuban style of dancing. This is a much faster paced class and will keep you sweating the entire time. We learn and practice new ways to interact with each other. This hour is for the students that are in the Level 3-5 classes.

4:00-5:00pm
Level 4 Cuban Salsa (Casino) class. These are advanced classes for students looking to increase Musicality, Timing and Movement. All styles of Music and Cuban dancing will be integrated. This is for the students that have completed the Level 1-3 classes.



Monday (Level 2) 7:00-9:00pm
These hours are dedicated to our Level 2 students and are Perfect for anyone that wants more personal attention. We will go over the Level 2 moves that make you a great dancer and lead into the more advanced classes. This is for the students that have passed the Level 1 classes.

Tuesday (Level 3) 7:00-9:00pm
These hours are dedicated to our Level 3 students and are Perfect for anyone that wants more personal attention. We will go over the Level 3 moves that make you connect with your partner in more advanced ways. This is for the students that have passed the Level 2 classes.

Wednesday (Performance Team) 7:00-9:00pm
These hours are dedicated to our Performance Team. All students interested in joining the team should contact Jeff. Once you have reached Level 3, you are eligible to join the team. There are classes, private lessons and other requirements to join our team.

Prices:
$15 for 1 hour for drop in students (The Level 1 course has a discounted rate for $40 for 4 weeks if taken in a series)
Group Discount Cards are available for a reduced per class price!!!
$80 for 8 Classes ($10 a class)
$160 for 20 Classes ($8 a class) BEST DEAL

Private Lesson are available for $60 for 90 minutes or $250 for 5 – 90 minute classes for individuals. Discounts for multiple students.
