BeMORE Boot Camp offers a daily stream of calorie-torching fitness classes and is open to clients of all fitness levels. The program uses results-based training that challenges clients both physically and mentally and provides inspiration for weight loss. Some classes focus on interval-based cardio conditioning. Others focus on building strength with resistance training, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. All of the classes have a single, overarching goal, though: functional fitness, which helps with real-life movements such as lifting, pulling, and sprinting to the front of post-office lines.
