Benchmark Behavioral Solutions Autism services provide effective and individualized consultation, training, assessment, and direct services to parents and schools who support children with a wide variety of behavioral needs and diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity. We use proven concepts firmly rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to target the wide spectrum of behaviors that act as barriers to a child's success. Our goal is to teach appropriate skills which will reduce interfering problem behaviors by making them ineffective, inefficient, and irrelevant. Benchmark Behavioral Solutions is located in Williamstown, Massachusetts and serves Berkshire, Franklin and Hampshire Counties in Massachusetts; Bennington, Windham, and Rutland Counties in Vermont; and Rensselaer and Columbia Counties in New York State. Benchmark Behavioral Solutions believes that in order to reduce a problem behavior, you have to teach the appropriate alternative. As such, we have a strong emphasis and focus on using ABA and positive reinforcement for skill building. Benchmark Behavioral Solutions provides services to family and community members to ensure their child is being successful across a variety of settings and people. We believe in a collaborative approach to provide qualitative, effective, and sustainable ABA services to staff and students. We utilize the concepts and principles of ABA to target pivotal skills required to increase independence and promote generalization.
