Bender's Gym is a chain of fitness facilities in Northern Alabama. We specialize in extremely clean facilities with well maintained equipment offering 24 hour access. Our locations have group fitness classes and free unlimited tanning. We have an excellent fitness coaches who work with a consultant from Pennsylvania and are exposed to weekly as well as monthly continuing education to ensure the program design we provide to our members exceeds industry standards.
