Here at BeneFIT Body, we think outside the reformer, taking the fundamentals of Pilates and incorporating it with new fitness modalities. We use the traditional Pilates equipment as well as the TRX, Ballet Barre and smaller fitness props to provide classes geared to challenging the mind and changing the body.
