College is a time to explore and learn. It's also a time to develop the job-finding and career-management skills you need for a lifetime of career success. Helping you get those skills and find a great job upon graduation is what we're here for.

We offer every Bentley undergraduate student:

Career Events and Job Fairs: More than 150 employers attend Bentley’s biannual career fairs, held every October and February, where they recruit and network with students and promote their internship and post-graduate job opportunities for all majors. These large-scale events provide students with excellent opportunities to connect with a variety of top employers.

Employer Information Sessions: These intimate sessions allow individual employers the chance to provide students insight about their corporate culture, careerpathing and recruiting, often combined with on-campus interviews of qualified candidates.

Appointment Booking: Whether you are a first-time visitor to the office or an advanced job seeker, students have the ability, convenience, and ease of scheduling appointments with dedicated career advisors via our online recruiting system, BentleyLink.

Virtual Career Center:Whether you need resume or cover letter guidance, information on interviewing and networking, advice about how to conduct an out-of-state job search or other issues, we have a wide array of materials and resources housed in its Virtual Career Center, located on BentleyLink.

On-Campus Interviews: The on-campus recruiting program is designed to meet the recruiting needs of organizations that wish to interview students at Bentley University. Employers make interview decisions on all candidates approximately one week before the interview date. This allows adequate time for candidates to sign up for an interview time. If you are selected to interview, you will receive an email from the Recruiting Office instructing you to sign up for an interview time in the BentleyLink system.

Going Global: Use the “jump to” button on BentleyLink to access this great resource. If you are interested in looking for a job/internship abroad or in a major U.S. city, take advantage of all of the information located in the various country and city guides. You will find job postings and information about industry and employment trends, top companies, work permits and visas, cultural advice, and more.

Jobs and Internships: Access thousands of jobs and internships that are posted each year via the Jobs tab in BentleyLink. You may apply to either “Bentley Jobs” or “NaceLink Network Jobs." All opportunities posted specifically for Bentley students are located within the “Bentley Jobs” tab.

Events: Career panels, information sessions, workshops and programs are all detailed under the Events tab in BentleyLink. You will find opportunities to:

Enhance your knowledge of specific companies, industries or functional roles.
Use networking opportunities to meet with employers and alumni.
Develop your job search skills through resume workshops, cover letter clinics, interview workshops and many more!
Companies post their information sessions so you can mark your calendar and plan to attend the ones that interest you. Bentley’s Career Fair information will also be under the Events tab on your BentleyLink homepage.

Employer Profiles: Access employer profiles via the Employers tab in BentleyLink. Browse all employer profiles, designate favorites of employers that have a relationship with Career Services, and apply to available positions from within this tab.
