• Our Facebook page will be monitored during normal business hours (8 am – 5 pm) Monday thru Friday – excluding holidays. Exceptions will be made during major storms/events.

• This page is intended to provide news and helpful information on the cooperative. It is not a customer service page however requests will be answered whenever possible. For best results call your local district office or 1-800-327-9615.

• Please do not share personal account information on Facebook. If you have a question regarding your account please contact the district office nearest you. Or, send us a private email via Facebook and will we try to help you.

• This is a social media site so your comments are definitely appreciated! However, profanity, insults and personal attacks will be grounds for having a post deleted.

• Please try to keep comments related to BEC and its programs, news or the electric industry so the Co-op can respond in a timely manner.

• Sorry but advertising is not allowed and will be deleted.
