Come Join us in April for two exciting events, the 5k Run & Walk and the Friends of Betty Brunch!

Join us for delicious fun filled Brunch! Raise $100 and enjoy the Friends of Betty Brunch directly following the 5K in the Pier Pavilion. The Pavilion will be transformed for the day into a red carpet event. You will be served by celebrity wait staff and entered to win one of many fabulous door prizes.

We are giving away great prizes to the guests of our brunch, including a CRUISE FOR TWO or $1500 IN CASH, a beautiful diamond necklace from Carter's Jewelry, a three-hour hot air balloon ride from InstaLoan and much, much more. You will receive one entry for every $100 raised or donated! 100% of funds raised by The Friends of Betty Brunch will be used to help victims of St. Johns County. You don't have to run or walk in the race to be part of the Friends of Betty Brunch experience.

Celebrate with us with great food catered by the Gypsy Cab, a champagne fountain and a wine tasting event hosted by PRP Wine. We are doing giveaways galore at this event, so don't miss it!!!

While fundraising isn’t required to participate in the Betty Griffin House 5K Run/Walk, we encourage you to get in involved in the mission of ending domestic and sexual violence! 100% of funds raised by The Friends of Betty Griffin House Brunch go to helping victims in St. Johns County. Anyone can fundraise! Invite friends, family and co-workers to participate! You can ask 10 friends to contribute $10. This is not only a way to support Betty Griffin House but also a great way to start a dialogue about domestic violence and sexual assault! The 5K Run & Walk



Whether or not you are an avid runner or a walker just starting out, this race is for you. And so everyone can participate, we've even made it dog friendly. Bring your pooch and come walk for a great cause.

The course is fast, flat and fun for the whole family. Starts and finishes at the St. Augustine Beach Pier. The race starts in front of the Pier and travels quickly through scenic beach neighborhoods to A1A Beach Blvd. Then a 1 mile sprint to the finish at the St. Augustine Beach Pier, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Packet pick-up will be at the St. Augustine Beach Pier Pavilion on Friday, April 11th, 2014 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and on the morning of the race, Saturday, April 12, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Stop by after work with the family to pick up your packet, T-shirt and goodie bag. There will be some great food vendors at the pier parking lot, if you need a bite to eat. Mile Marker Brewery will be there providing beer for the event. Trailer Pork Barbecue, Papa John's Pizza, Shorty's Kettle Corn and Kona ice will be providing great food Friday night and Saturday.
