Betty's Hungry House was founded in 1981 by Mrs. Betty Outz and it has been a family-run business ever since. Mrs. Outz made her homemade biscuits famous along with her delicious meat and vegetable dinners. She made sure that no one ever left her table hungry. Her brother, Mr. Harold Young, acquired the café in 1996 and stuck to Mrs. Betty's strict standards. Mr. Young owned the business until 1999 when he transferred ownership to his daughter, Mrs. Michelle Smith. Michelle now runs the café with the help of her stepmother, Mrs. Barbra Young, and always with the help and wise advice from her father. The whole Betty's crew would like to sincerely thank our long-time customers for the 33 years of business and welcome our new customers to our ever growing family!
