Elizabeth Rovens Yoga Instructor

Elizabeth grew up in Europe and speaks several languages in addition to English. Elizabeth loves sports and has always been very active in sports, hockey and soccer being her favorites. Elizabeth is a certified Yoga instructor. She specializes in Power Yoga and Vinyasa flow, and is also certified in Chinese style Yin Yoga. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, and used to be a raw vegan chef. She also enjoys practicing Martial Arts, and is a certified Black Belt under Grandmaster Tak Kubota.
Elizabeth teaches group classes at Crunch Fitness and is available for private instruction. Elizabeth wants her students to progress at their own individual pace, but most importantly, she wants her students to have fun and feel stress free by the end of her classes.
