Why Spinning?
A Spinning class makes riding a stationary bike FUN by adding energizing music and visualization all in a motivating group setting. On average, Spinning classes can burn 400-500 calories in 40 minutes. At 80-110 rpm, each class is equivalent to approximately 15-20 miles on the road. It all depends on your weight, the intensity of your workout and your cadence.
