Being a "foodie" and being especially fond of cupcakes...I feel like I have the best job around!! I have been cooking/baking since I was a little girl, watching my mother and grandmother inspired me to learn more. I am in LOVE with Cupcakes and everything about them!

THE ICING, THE CAKE, THE TIN IT COMES IN OH MY! I love everything about them!
The one thing I dislike about cupcakes is all the stuff people put on them...FONDANT why is FONDANT on my beautiful moist cake and dream like buttercream...NO THANK YOU! You won't get fancy looking can't even eat so pretty cupcakes here...no you are going to get a "OH NO WOW that is a RIDICULOUS GOOD CUPCAKE!" cupcakes.
