From our eight offices, Beyond Faith sends nurses, therapists, and aides to the homes of people in 75 counties across Texas. This is the Facebook page of the Graham, TX office. Our dedicated team of health care professionals includes skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work, home health aides, chaplain, and volunteers. As needed, our patients also receive telehealth monitoring and personal emergency response systems at no additional charge to them or their insurance. We deliver medical care and palliative support to people from all walks of life.
