Beyond Gravity is a 1-float pod sensory isolation and floatation centre in Estevan, SK. We offer 1 float pod and expect to offer an additional float tank in the near future. It is our mission to provide a clean, creative, and safe space to explore and enhance the practice of floatation REST (Restricted Environmental Stimuli Technique). Floatation REST (Restricted Environmental Stimuli Technique) is the most effective tool for relaxation and stress relief available on the planet. Floating can reduce pain, foster creativity, optimize performance, and improve your overall happiness.

The float pod is completely dark and completely soundproof. with the choice of lighting, relaxing music, door open or shut). You are in control. You can float effortlessly in around 10 inches of skin-temperature water saturated with over 800 lbs of Epsom salts. The boundary between your skin and the water slowly fades away and you may find yourself in a very curious state of mind. Your brain begins producing more theta waves than usual as your parasympathetic nervous system activates the relaxation response. Theta brain waves are linked with heightened states of consciousness and deep meditation, bursts of creativity, and a feeling of unification with the whole. The relaxation response is characterized by a decrease in stress hormone production (ACTH, cortisol, adrenaline), heart rate, and blood pressure and a subsequent increase in endorphins, dopamine, and immune function.
