Mission Objectives:
Our mission is to be used of God in helping
individuals develop into followers of Christ.

Followers of Christ have 3 characteristics:
1. Conversion to Christ
(they know Christ as Savior)
2. Commitment to Christ
(they are committed to grow in Christ)
3. Contribution to Christ
(they serve the body and Christ)

Our strategic goals to help us realize our mission:

Goal 1: To lead people to faith in Christ.
(Matthew 28:19-20, 1 Corinthians
14:22-25)
Strategies:
1. A visitation program aimed to lead people to Christ and help them grow in a one on one format.
2. A worship service aimed at glorifying God and directing others to an understanding of who God is.
3. Children and Teen programs aimed to reach young people with the Gospel of Christ.
4. Other events to minister to the lost and assimilate them into our church, such as Vacation Bible School, men's and women's ministries, community events, etc.

Goal 2: To bring people to a commitment
to Christ through spiritual growth.
(Ephesians 4:12-13, 2 Peter 3:18)
Strategies:
1. A discipleship class aimed at providing the basics of Christian life and tools to grow in the Lord.
2. Services filled with preaching and teaching of God's Word to challenge the believer to grow in the Christian walk.

Goal 3: To equip people to serve the body
and Christ.
(Ephesians 4:7-12)
Strategies:
1. Provide opportunities for believers to become involved in the workings of the church, such as teaching, fellowshipping, working in the nursery, working around the church building and grounds, etc.
2. Allow people to give of their finances by taking regular offerings.
3. Provide opportunities for believers to share their faith with those who are lost.
