SERVICES & PRICING GUIDE

• DJ SERVICE $50.00 per hour – Rehearsal, ceremony, reception or event. There are no minimum hours. You pay for only the play time (not set up or tear down). Includes all lighting, bubbles and fog in this rate.

• VIDEO PACKAGE $100.00 (flat fee) – We record the wedding ceremony and the special moments of the reception and put this on a disk for you (un-edited). We can also put together a slide show to show at your event. We need the photos for the slide show no later than 30 days prior to your event.

• ORDAINED MINISTER $75.00 (flat fee) – Not a member of a church and need someone to perform your ceremony? We can cover that. We require a meeting (at least once) 2 weeks prior to your wedding to gather information regarding the ceremony you would like to have and the style of the ceremony.

• PHOTOGRAPHER $500.00 (flat fee) – Approximately 1,200 photos taken of your event with you receiving approximately 600 on a flash drive, with approximately 100 of these edited, for you to print the sizes and number of photos that you want. You have full rights to your photos. If an additional photographer is wanted, there is an additional fee of $275.00. Please allow up to 4 weeks for you to receive your photos.

• PHOTO BOOTH $175.00 (flat fee) - We can provide the background and props for your guests to either be themselves or act as silly as they want for your event. The photos are copied onto a flash drive for you to print as many as you want and need of any size or printed on site for an additional charge of $25.00.

• CANDY BUFFET $25.00 (flat fee) PLUS THE COST OF CANDY - We provide the table, linens, set up, maintenance of the buffet, candy containers (8 – 12), candy signs and tear down of the buffet.

• S’MORES BAR $100.00 (flat fee) - We provide the table, linens, set up, maintenance of the bar, S’mores supplies and tear down of the bar. (This includes the sterno burners for the marshmallows.) If you prefer to not have a fire, we can substitute the sterno’s for marshmallow crème. Also comes with plain chocolate, Andes mints and / or Reese's cups.

• POPCORN BUFFET $100.00 (flat fee) - We provide the table, linens, set up, maintenance of the bar, Popcorn supplies and tear down of the bar.

• CENTERPIECE RENTAL $100.00 - $125.00 (flat fee for 12 tables; additional table for extra fee) – Multiple styles of centerpieces. We match your flower style. This includes us setting the centerpieces up and taking them down. We also have cake table decorative pieces.
