Big Ern's BBQ

Hi everyone! My name is Ernie Loya and my family and I would like to welcome you to Big Ern’s BBQ!

I have been barbequing for practically all of my life. Quite frankly, it’s what I love to do. So after spending the last several years working for a company that encouraged their employees to follow their passion, that's what I did. I left a job that I loved to follow my dream and so I started barbequing.

Take a look at the menu and you will see traditional smoked meats and sides. I use my own rubs and sauces to give Big Ern's BBQ championship caliber flavor. Now if you happen to be looking at the menu and don’t see something you’re looking for, give me a call, I know I can make it for you!
